Cancellation Terms

To secure your booking we store the credit card details. The guest pays an amount equal to the first night as an advance payment after the reservation. We can collect the advance payment of the total amount from our guests at any time after the booking, this only applies to bookings via external booking platforms ( etc). HOWEVER, FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS, ONLY 30% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE COLLECTED AS A DEPOSIT. - Cancellations made up to 42 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the first night's stay. - Cancellations and changes made after this date, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the total booking price.
